When you book online the system works out the appointment length for you, based on your dog's breed and size and the service you choose, so the time you see is the time we've set aside. A full groom is usually around 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on coat and condition.
Yes. Cat grooming is one of our specialisms, from a full groom and de-shed through to a lion cut for long-haired cats who are prone to matting. Cat appointments are booked separately to dogs.

For the safety of the team we don't currently take XL Bullies or other banned or restricted breeds. Everything else is welcome, from tiny toy breeds to giant fluffy ones.
