They provide specialised services such as ultrasonic teeth cleaning, anal gland expression, and deshedding. West London Whiskers is particularly noted for its expertise with cats, offering gentle comb-throughs and full grooms for both short and long-haired breeds, as well as puppy and kitten introductions to grooming.

Clients appreciate the professional care given to matted coats and the gentle handling during nail trims and teeth cleaning. The service is also commended for sending photos and videos during appointments, keeping owners reassured.
