Founded in 2017 by Alice Parkinson, the business was born from a passion for canine care and a dream of providing a high standard of grooming service. Alice, who holds a Level 3 City & Guilds qualification, brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of dog behaviour to the salon. Her approach is centred on the individual needs of each dog, from tiny terriers to large breeds, ensuring they feel welcome and relaxed throughout their visit.

The salon offers a comprehensive range of services, including bathing, drying, and clipping, tailored to the breed, size, and temperament of each dog. A key part of their service is the Puppy Intro package, designed to gently acclimatise puppies from 16 weeks of age to the salon environment. This package includes a health check, wash, dry and brush out, nail clipping, hygiene area clipping, eye and ear cleansing, and a finishing touch of silk serum and pooch perfume. For more mature dogs, services such as the Whistle-Stop Wash, Pooch Preen, and Pawfect Groom are available, each offering varying levels of pampering and styling to suit different needs.
