Its The Dogs Ltd

Its The Dogs Ltd is a dedicated dog grooming business based in Molesey, West Molesey, offering a comprehensive range of services including dog grooming, daycare, and exercise fields. The business was established with a lifetime of canine experience, providing a unique blend of grooming, training, and behaviour expertise. The salon is a hub for career groomers, each working independently to ensure a quality groom in a friendly and relaxed environment. The groomers are experienced professionals, with Karen McCarthy having over 25 years of professional grooming experience and Ysobel Payne, a master of her art, known for her patience with dogs. Ava Rose also contributes to the team, having grown up around her mother's grooming salon and mastering the skills of styling.

The grooming services offered are tailored to the individual needs of each dog, from a bath and dry to a full groom. The business is unique in that the groomers are also canine behaviourists, allowing them to work with the dog to help them learn to trust them and enjoy the experience. This approach is particularly beneficial for nervous or anxious dogs, who can relax on sofas, play with safe toys, or have a space of their own. The salon also offers a range of extras, such as nail clipping, ear cleaning, and teeth cleaning, and uses only the highest quality dog shampoos and conditioners.

Customers frequently praise the calm and welcoming environment of the salon, with many noting that their dogs enjoy the experience. Reviewers highlight the attention to detail and the patience shown by the groomers, particularly with nervous dogs. The business is also commended for its professional and knowledgeable approach, with many customers appreciating the advice and guidance provided on grooming requirements. The team is described as friendly and caring, with specific praise for the individual attention given to each dog.

The business also offers additional services such as daycare and exercise fields, providing a safe and rural setting for dogs to stretch their legs. The salon has a small bespoke shop offering a range of treats, toys, grooming, and training products. The business is committed to providing the best care and comfort for dogs, with a focus on positive outcomes and a happy, relaxed experience for both the dog and the owner.
